Twin County Funerals is located at the busy intersection of Glendale Road and Valley Drive in Galax, Virginia. This property is surrounded by a massive retaining wall that has created much usable space.

The beautiful Grand Piano calms the troubled spirit of all those who enter the doors of the sanctuary. Surround sound allows families to hear every word spoken or sung by the leaders of the service. Services may be captured on video for future generations.
Celebration tributes may be shown during the visitation and /or service reminding friends and family of the life’s journey of the deceased.

There are three staterooms equipped with wall mounted televisions for the viewing of tributes. Each stateroom is tastefully decorated with warm inviting colors and greenery. Music chosen by the family can be heard during visitations. Registers and memorial mementos are displayed by the family to share with friends. Personalization is imperative and Twin County Funerals will strive to meet the needs of each family that places their trust with us.

Traditional Burials and Cremation Services are offered to the community. These services may be recorded and maintained on DVD for family members unable to attend the service due to circumstances beyond their control. Families sharing Video Tributes with visiting friends and family will have the ability to view tributes on line up to 30 days at www.twincountyfunerals.com. Arrangements for the loved one may be done by appointment where upon members of the family will be able to choose all the necessary items for the service and grave site at one time. A state-of-the-art display selection suite allows families to create a custom personalized service to express eternal love for their family member. All aspects of the service to include Memorial Markers and Floral Arrangements will be available for the families choosing on site.

Funeral processions will offer limousine services. Members of the staff of Twin County Funerals are professionals trained to be aware of the needs of each family that this community places in their care. Although, this is a new facility, many years of experience will be provided by the Funeral Directors.

Twin County Funerals became operational August 6, 2007.
